Welcome!

Thank you for your interest in Akiba-Schechter Jewish Day School. Our programs begin as young as Parent-Tot and each year our 8th graders are accepted into top high schools of their choice. We want to introduce you to our programs, our mission and philosophy and what makes us such a tight-knit community. The best way to see if Akiba-Schechter is the right place for your child is to visit our campus, meet our staff and witness it for yourself. Tours are offered by appointment on Wednesday mornings and Thursday afternoons, but special arrangements can be made. Please explore our website, arrange a tour to visit our programs and classes, fill out an inquiry form or attend an open house. We invite you to contact Yelena Spector, Director of Admissions, at any time with questions or to request an information packet. Applications for our 2013-2014 school year are available for download.
