I like to teach because:

Two year olds because the amount of development that occurs during this time in their lives will never happen again. It's very challenging and rewarding to be a part of that.

My favorite part of teaching is:

Seeing the excitement in the children's eyes when they are really engaged in an activity! I love the challenge of nurturing them as they begin their exploration of the classroom and fostering their independence as they develp and grow. I always try to have as much fun as the children, too!

I became a teacher because:

I found a great place to teach.

When I'm not teaching, I

Read, paint and spend time with family and friends.
