I like to teach because:

I enjoy the shared experience of the learning and growth of the children. Each year is a new beginning. Each day is a new challenge. I always try to keep in mind that they are young children and have not been around that long! Therefore, a reserved or quiet approach helps at times: be a mother and a teacher.

My favorite part of teaching is:

That the smiles and the laughter make it all worthwhile.

When I'm not teaching, I

Enjoy traveling, gardening, and golf, and just being with my family.
